Dear DealTap 1.0 Customers,
As an early adopter to our very first real estate platform, I want to start this note by saying thank you for all the support and feedback you have provided. You have helped nurture our team’s vision in becoming the new standard in real estate transactions. To see this vision through, it is important for our team to have focus on what lies ahead.
I wish to inform you that DealTap 1.0 will no longer be available as of December 31, 2016. Given the recent launch of DealTap 2.0, the team has ceased technical maintenance for the 1.0 version in order to increase support and improvements to the latest version. As DealTap 1.0 will not include OREA’s 2017 forms, the scheduled shutdown is necessary to maintain our compliance with the OREA licensing agreement.
Starting January 1st 2017, you will no longer be able to create, sign, edit and access any forms & documents within the DealTap 1.0 application. In the meantime, the team encourages DealTap 1.0 users to migrate to the DealTap 2.0 platform by December 31st 2016.
How do I migrate?
As a DealTap 1.0 user, you will automatically have a DealTap 2.0 account since its May 2016 launch. You may login to DealTap 2.0 using the same login credentials as your 1.0 account. Please keep in mind that only your 1.0 clauses & contacts have been automatically migrated – your 1.0 files have not. To save your files, you will need to migrate them by no later than December 31st 2016 by following these 3 easy steps.
