Adding signature tags to uploaded file

Dynamic documents uploaded into your DealTap account will require you to manually insert signature tags in the necessary areas for the other parties to sign.

To complete this action, follow these steps:

  1. From your dashboard click “New Deal”
  2. Click the “Upload File” Tab and select the document you wish to edit. Then click on “Create New Deal”
  3. Click on the (+) icon and select “Signature” or “Initial” from the tab
  4. If you haven’t already done so through the “People” section, you will need to add the Signee in order to have them sign or initial
  5. A signature or initial field will now appear. Drag and resize the box to your liking
  6. “Save”
  7. Repeat this process until all signature/initial tags have been placed. Once finished, close your editing session by selecting ✔ “Done”
