How do I invite Agents to my brokerage?

Admins can invite agents to the brokerage account by following these steps:

  1. Expand “Brokerage” from the left panel and choose “Users”
  2. Click “New” on the top right of the page and select “Invite”
  3. Confirm the office which the agent will be added to
  4. Select the role/permissions this new agent will possess
  5. Create a custom message for the agent
  6. Click “Add” to insert the agent’s first name, last name and email
  7. If you have a list of agents listed in a spreadsheet, simply use the “import” option and upload the list into DealTap then send the invite to all
  8. Once you click on “Add” you will be asked to insert the agent’s information
  9. When ready, click the bottom “Send” icon
